What if I need answers to a camp-related question?

Camp Overview:

Whether your child is a novice in the sport of soccer, an advanced player looking to gain an edge on his / her opponent, or an elite high school girl interested in the possibility of playing for UTSA...we have a camp that is specifically designed to meet their needs and objectives. Our staff is determined to build the best, most comprehensive camp program in the San Antonio area. Spaces for all camps will be limited, so SIGN-UP TODAY!!!

How do we get a parking pass?

Parking passes WILL NOT be required at the Park West soccer facility.

What kind of supervision or rules are there in place?

Camp participants will be supervised during all organized times. Campers will be required to attend all assigned activities and instruction sessions. Campers will be required to comply with the rules and regulations of the governing conduct of all students on campus. Any violations or abuse of these rules and regulations will cause immediate dismissal from the camp without a refund. We will use every precaution to prevent accidents. We do not, however, assume any responsibility for medical, dental or other expenses incurred as a result of accidents. Parents or guardians must accept this condition before a player will be accepted into the camp.

What do I need for insurance and releases?

Assuming you registered online, this information has already been collected. A full-time certified trainer will be on staff to assist with any injuries and will assess if any further assistance outside of camp will be needed. You will need to bring your own taping supplies if you need to be taped for competition.

Camp Fields & Residential Dorms:

ALL CAMPS are now being held at UTSA’s new soccer stadium field at Park West, which is located at the intersection of the 1604 access road and Kyle Seale. Directions to the camp facility at Park West can be found on the camp site under the "Facilities" tab. Residential campers will be housed in one of UTSA's on-campus, air conditioned dorms that features a nearby swimming pool.

Are walk-up registrations accepted?

Walk-up registration will not be available this summer.

What if I need to cancel a camp? Are refunds available?

We will refund any camp fees paid (less a $50 cancellation fee) if canceled 7 days PRIOR to the start of camp. There will be no refunds on cancellations after this date.
